1. How long are shipping times?

We ship using USPS, FED-EX or UPS depending on where you order from.  We work with suppliers from all over the world that ship most products within 1-5 days of receiving and order. from that moment it will take 10-20 days for your order to arrive to you in most cases.

2. What is your return policy?

We can refund or exchange your order for up to 30 days of the purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Can I exchange my order?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jesus@tesaut.com and send your item to: Tesaut Corp, 14661 SW 93RD LN, MIAMI FL 33186, United States.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If we send you the wrong item we will exchange it free of charge. A replacement will be sent right away at our expense and we will send you a shipping label to ship the wrong item back to our warehouse.

5. Can I expedite my order?

Unfortunately at this point we are not set up to expedite order.
